PRINCIPLE OF INFORMATION

Purpose: The personal data provided through the contact forms, email, reservation link or other means available on this website will be used to manage the requests and send information about products, services, availability and reservations for our facilities at Colon Playa Apartments in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Reservations made through the link on this website called “RESERVATIONS” are redirected to the website https://direct-book.com/properties/apartamentoscolónplayadirect which is responsible for managing reservations for our establishment and it complies with data protection guarantees. The treatment of personal data collected by this link is in accordance with the Privacy Policy of IZBEL, S.L., under the express consent of the user.

Bank details: If you provide us with bank details (debit or credit cards), they will be used to manage the payment for the service you have hired for your stay at our Apartment Colon Playa facilities. The legal basis is your express consent to hire the services and make payments. The data will be in our database along with the customer entry and exit registration data. The billing data will be kept for the legally established prescription period. These data will not be transferred except for legal obligations.

Legitimation: The legal basis for the processing of your data is your express consent to request information about our products and services, availability and making reservations. (*) Reservation Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be canceled without charge up to 48 hours before the expected arrival date (except in Carnival season when the cancellation policy is 96 hours in advance of the expected arrival date) In case of cancellation outside of this period, or non-arrival at the establishment on the arrival date, the amount corresponding to the first night will be charged according to the current rate.

Colón Playa Resumes: The resume data provided via the email on this website will be used to manage your participation in the selection process of IZBEL, S.L., and will in no case be used for any other purpose. The legal basis for the processing of your data is your express consent as a participant in the selection processes of our company. Your data will not be transferred to third parties except for legal obligations. Your data will be in our database for one year in order to use them in the selection processes existing during that period at our Colon Playa Apartments establishment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: with the aim of complying with the principle of lawfulness, loyalty and transparency, the following information is provided on the processing of personal data that IZBEL, S.L. carries out at the Colon Playa Apartments facilities:

Colón Rambla Administration (Invoices): The personal data provided for the billing of services contracted at our Colon Playa Apartments facilities will be used to manage it and based on what is collected in Law 58/2003, of December 17, General Tax for the obligation to issue invoices for the delivery of goods and provision of services. The data will be stored in our database from its issue until the legally established term. Data will not be transferred to third parties except for legal obligations.

Suppliers (Colón Playa contact data): The personal data provided as a provider of our company will be used with the aim of carrying out the commercial management that you maintain with us. The legal basis is the commercial relationship. Data will not be transferred to third parties except for legal obligations. Your data will be in our database as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations.

IZBEL, S.L., under no circumstances will it use the personal data collected for other purposes that have not been mentioned.

Data processing of minors:

IZBEL, S.L. will not collect data from people under age without the authorization of their father, mother or legal guardian. In the event that a minor fills in contact forms and such authorization is not accredited, the application will be destroyed without addressing its content.
